Doula Summary

I work with families to create individualized care, guided by their preferences, life structures and temperaments, using evidence-based resources and experience. My drive is rooted in supporting birthers through transitions of pregnancy, birth and postpartum, to be empowered in their experiences, and for that strength to carry through to the next generation.
